I am looking for somebody who I can temporary sublet my apartment to from
20.06.2022 to 01.06.2023.
The apartment has one room combined with kitchen and big built-in wall wardrobe.
Main room consists of 4 zones, the entry dressing zone with two big dressers, convertible sofa bed and big mirror.
The sleeping zone with 140x200 bed and mattress, bedside table, a desk and a chair.
The so called chill zone with sofa, big shelving unit you can of course use and the dining table with two chairs in the dining area. All spaces are liveable and ready to move in and live comfortable life. Kitchen as well as other spaces has everything a man needs. All the cooking utensils and kitchen ware I’m leaving for use.
A hallway and the bathroom are as well furnished.
This apartment has a spacious balcony with green view and the sun always facing this side of the house.
For washing your clothes and drying them there is a washing room for common use in the the basement. Upon agreement a place for a bicycle can be rented out.

The monthly rent will be 710€ with gas, electricity, internet and any other charges.
I am willing to take deposit of 1400€ for the apartment.
Anmeldung is possible.

I would also like to get the three last pay checks and positive SHUFA.
