As I am going abroad, I am looking for someone to take over my apartment starting next semester.
The apartment is very bright and has a large balcony which has morning sun.
The apartment is fully furnished which ideally would need to be taken over (negotiable on what exactly)
Tenants must be enrolled or to be enrolled (Ausbildung is also okay)
The apartment is newly renovated and part of a large student complex, making it easy to also meet new students.
If needed, you can also rent my parking spot, which is on the grounds.
Utilities and any extra charges (e.g. WiFi) are already included in the rent :)
There are washing machines in the basement that are for shared use.

The apartment is 4 minutes walking distance to TUM and an approx. 15-minute walk to the city centre and train station.
There are several different grocery stores around, such as EDEKA, Aldi and Penny.
