I'm subletting my one-room apartment in the center of Tübingen for the month of August (from the beginning to the end of the month). The apartment is furnished with a single bed, a closet, a desk and chair, and a small couch that can open into a double bed. It has its own bathroom, and everything inside is new and renovated. The kitchen, which is shared with four female tenants, is located one floor down. The building has an elevator, bicycle parking, and a shared washing machine and dryer.
The apartment is on Burgsteige, right above the town hall on the central square (Marktplatz). This location is perfect, as it's in the most central part of Tübingen. You can easily walk to the university, supermarkets, the castle, and other local amenities.
I am looking for a responsible and tidy tenant to take care of my apartment while I'm away for the summer. For more details and to arrange a viewing, please contact me.
