1 Room flat with WC and shared/own kitchen

I am a Master student from India, age 29 Male, at the University of Tubingen, I am studying Data Science.
I am looking for a flat starting from 15th March or 1st April. my only request would be to allow me to move my luggage a bit earlier if possible as I don't have a car and it's a bit difficult to move stuff without a car.

I am calm and a non partying type of person, so there will be no trouble to the landlord from my end. I guarantee that I will be able to pay the rental on time and keep the property intact. I am looking for a flat as I will start my thesis from next semester and would like to have a nice place to work from. I am learning German and trying to improve in that aspect. I enjoy watching movies on my laptop and watching standup comedy videos. I possess a good sense of humour myself, once every few months I go to visit my cousin in Bremen.
