Ich ziehe aus meiner Wohnung aus und suche eine Person, die für den Rest der Vertragsdauer in Zwischenmiete leben möchte. Die Wohnung wird teilmöbliert sein, da ich einiges in meine neue Wohnung mitnehmen möchte. Konkret bedeutet das für dich, dass die Wohnung mit einem Bett, Sofa, Waschmaschine, Schreibtisch, & Stuhl ausgestattet ist, ich aber einige Lampen und die Deko sowie Küchenutensilien mitnehmen werde - es bleibt aber trotzdem wohnlich :)
Gerne können wir auch über einen früheren Mietbeginn sprechen. Ende Januar muss ich die Wohnung dann final abgeben und kann keinen Nachmieter vorschlagen.

I am moving out of my apartment and am looking for a person who would like to live in an interim tenancy for the remainder of the contract period. The apartment is partly furnished (bed, washing machine, sofa, desk, chair). I will take the kitchen equipment as well as lightning and decoration with me. We can also talk about an earlier rental start, unfortunately I can not recommend a new tenant to the landlord.
Im 7. Bezirk befindest du dich in bester Lage Wiens. Cafés, Restaurants und Bars sowie verschiedene Supermärkte befinden sich im Umkreis von 5 Gehminuten. In maximal 10 Minuten erreichst du außerdem die U3 oder U6, der 48er Bus und die 5er Tram sind quasi vor der Haustür.

In the 7th district you are in the best location in Vienna. Cafés, restaurants and bars as well as various supermarkets are all within a 5-minute walk. You can also reach the U3 or U6 underground lines in a maximum of 10 minutes, and the 48 bus and 5 tram are practically on your doorstep.
Zur Wohnung gibt es auch einen Keller, falls du beispielsweise in der Zeit deine Möbel unterlagern möchtest. Leider musste ich mein WLAN mitnehmen, sodass du dich hier um eine eigene Lösung kümmern müsstest-
Die Miete von 740€ bezieht sich auf einen Monat, für den gesamten Zeitraum wären es entsprechend 1480€ Miete.

The apartment also comes with a basement space, in case you’d like to store your furniture there temporarily. Unfortunately, I had to take my Wi-Fi with me, so you would need to arrange for your own solution. The rent is €740 per month, which means it would be €1480 for the entire period.
