Basically, come with your bed linen and backpack and it is ready to go :)
The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and a hotplate. The room is fully furnished (see equipment) and has a fridge. You have everything you need. This is a student house but you have your own apartment, own bathroom and kitchen.
The room is equipped with a bed, a mattress, a table (desk), a chair, a wardrobe, a roll container and a shelf. The kitchen is fully equipped you can use everything I have, including tableware, cutlery and pots etc.
There is wifi connection as well.
The residential complex has laundry facilities with washing machines and dryers from the "Miele" brand. You can pay with your credit card.
Bicycles can be stored in bicycle cellars. These are located in the building or outside the entrances. The hall of residence has its own car park. You can park your car there.
Please note that you have to bring your own bed linen and bedding and towels.
It is 15 mins walking distance to S Wildau, also there is a bus stop just in front of the building. It takes 30-40 mins to go Berlin, if you take the express train from Konigs it is 20 mins only.
There is amazing nature and green everywhere, you will have a beautiful view from the window, I can share the pictures in chat.
You can send me a message here, I will leave Berlin on 22nd May on Tuesday but I can leave the key to my neighbour. Since this is a student house I asked you to be quiet and easygoing with people, everyone is very friendly.
I need 200 euros deposit.
