Da ich nun doch länger als geplant im Ausland bleibe, werde ich meine Wohnung in Winterthur für weitere 6 Monate untervermieten. Die Wohnung ist ab Anfang/Mitte Februar bis Ende August frei. Weitere Details können wir bei der Besichtigung abklären.
• Miete CHF 1’200.- (inkl. Nebenkosten, Internet und Abgabe Stadtwerke)
• 1 ½ Zimmerwohnung
• Vollmöbliert und mit eigener Waschmaschine in der Wohnung;)
• Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss
• Vorzugsweise Nichtraucher
• Parkplatz hinter dem Haus kann dazu gemietet werden (Preis wird noch abgeklärt, falls erwünscht)
• Bahnhof und ZHAW in max. 15 min zu Fuss oder 5 min mit Fahrrad / 3 min mit Bus (Linie 2) erreichbar, nächste Bushaltestelle 3 min zu Fuss.
• Apotheke, Bäcker, Migros, Spar in ca. 3 min zu Fuss erreichbar
• Ruhige Lage, nahe Brüelwald
