Hi,
wir würden gerne unsere Wohnung für die Zeit ca. 16./17.10.24 - 01.03.25 (mit der Option um ein paar Tage verlängerung) befristet untervermieten.
Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock und ist mit viel Pflanzen und Deko liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet (ausreichend Besteck, Soda Stream, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine etc.)
Wir haben im Schlafzimmer zwei höhenverstellbare Schreibtische und das Sofa in der Küche kann bei Bedarf in ein Bett verwandelt werden.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unter 10 Minuten zu Fuß (Penny, Teegut, etc.) erreicht. Die Wohnung ist trotz der Innenstadt-Lage sehr ruhig in einer Gasse gelegen. Der Ringpark liegt nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
