Post-doc looking for flat in Würzburg

Hello! My name is Mauro, I am a Brazilian/Italian music researcher. I just received my PhD in Musicology from Princeton University in the US and will now start a postdoc at University of Würzburg. I am looking for a 1-bedroom or shared apartment/house to stay in while I look for a permanent flat in the city.

I am generally quiet: I can watch shows/podcasts/listen to music using headphones, although I'm always happy to watch/listen together if a flatmate would like to do so! I play nylon, acoustic guitar, but I am, of course, open to establishing appropriate times and places to play without disturbing neighbors/flatmates. I like to keep my spaces clean and organized, doing some light cleaning weekly and more in depth cleaning once every 2 weeks, or 3 if I'm too busy. I'm happy to discuss appropriate cleaning schedules and adapt. I don't have any pets.

In my free time, I like watching shows (currently watching A Hundred Years of Solitude), reading, going to concerts (mostly jazz, rock, classical or Latin), dancing (mostly partner-dancing), hiking and cycling. I also love a cold beer at a nice bar with friends!
