Washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove/oven, fridge/freezer, floor heating. Bathroom has bathtub. Guests will be asked to water plants. Great Wifi. 2nd floor with elevator. Big green courtyard. No parties!
Roommate is quiet friendly man working full-time in his 30s.
€ 500 PER MONTH all included. It's also possible to rent it for only a part of that time.
Unfortunately, because of the way the house is built, it is not really accessible for wheelchair users despite the elevator because there are three heavy doors before you get to the elevator.

Waschtrockner, Spülmaschine, Ofen/Herd, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Fußbodenheizung vorhanden. Im Badezimmer ist eine Badewanne. Gäste sollten bitte Pflanzen gießen. Sehr gutes WLAN. Zweites OG mit Aufzug. Großer grüner Innenhof. Keine Parties!
Mitbewohner ist ruhiger, freundlicher beruftstätiger Mann über 30.
€ 500 PRO MONAT alles inklusive. Es ist auch möglich, nur einen Teil der Zeit zu mieten.
Leider ist das Haus aufgrund der Bauweise nicht barrierefrei trotz Aufzug, da man durch drei relativ schwere Türen muss, bevor man am Aufzug ist.
