Dein Zimmer ist sehr lichtdurchflutet, mit schönem Parkett ausgestattet und zum Innenhof gelegen. Dadurch ist es super ruhig und grün. Die Möbel bleiben nur teilweise drin. Das bedeutet, dass nur das Nötigste für diesen Monat drin bleiben wird (zB. Matratze (falls nötig), Kleiderstange und eine kleine Kommode). Falls du selbst Möbel hast, kannst du die natürlich gern mitbringen.
Direkt am Lenauplatz, aber super ruhig. Der Rewe
ist direkt vor der Tür und auch viele weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bio Laden, Gemüse Laden). Die Haltestelle Lenauplatz ist 3 Minuten entfernt und die Haltestelle Subbelrather Str/Gürtel 7 Minuten. Zur Venloer Straße läuft man 10 Minuten und zum Bahnhof Ehrenfeld 12 Minuten.
Auch findest du sehr leckere Cafés und gemütliche Restaurants und Kneipen.
Du würdest für den Monat mit Elisabeth (43) zusammen wohnen. Sie ist super entspannt und unkompliziert und ein sehr toller Mensch. Sie arbeitet in der Filmbranche und ist immer gut gelaunt.
Das Einzugsdatum ist etwas flexibel (+/- 1-3 Tage). Allerdings ist der 23.06. das feste Auszugsdatum. Schreib mir gern bei WhatsApp, wenn das für dich passt und dir zusagt.
