The room is mainly facing the garden, has 2 windows and fully furnished. In the room you will find a double bed with pillows and a blanket. 1 table big table with several chairs in the room. It is a perfect space to study and organize your work space according to your needs especially if you are a working student or finishing your studies and doing internship simultaneously. There is as well a bookshelf and a wardrobe. The room has parkette flooring and as well covered with the carpet. TV set is the last piece of room furnishing.
The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a 3 storey building in a quite quiet lovely neighborhood. Very well connected to the public transport. Directly you may find bus stop and a 2 minute walk will bring you to the S-Bahn stop, taking it will take you to Hbf within 6-8minutes. As well if you take about 10 minute walk it will give you an option of taking a tram or U-Bahn.
All the stores located within 10 minute walk, e.g. groceries (Netto, Rewe, Lidl), drugstore (DM, Rossman), pharmacy etc. There is a lovely small park nearby, sometimes we take walks together over there, it is as well a perfect space for such exercises as jogging or riding a bicycle.
Your flatmates would be young women who are employed or studying. In our household we like to cook together at times in the evenings and catch up on our days. During weekends we play board games or go out at times for a dinner or hang outside. We keep our place clean together by taking responsibility for each space in the common area (rotating every time). We are very open, fun, friendly and understanding.
