Ich bin beruflich viel unterwegs und suche eine freundliche, zuverlässige Mitbewohnerin
(Nichtraucherin), die sich gerne um Kater Mo kümmert. Das Zimmer ist 13,2 m2 groß, Altbau,
hohe Decken. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 93 m2. Ein großzügiges Hochbett ist eingebaut.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem Schreibtisch, kleinem Kleiderschrank, zwei kleinen Schrankelementen und einem Teppich ausgestattet. Einzelne Dinge können auch entfernt werden wenn gewünscht.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral in Ottensen am Fischers Park, fußläufig zum Altonaer Bahnhof durch
das historische Altbauviertel mit kleinen Geschäften und Cafés. Auch die Elbe ist in 5
Minuten fußläufig durch die Parks erreichbar.
Ich suche eine zuverlässige freundliche Mitbewohnerin, die Katzen mag und sich gerne um meinen Kater kümmert, wenn ich beruflich unterwegs bin. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und respektvoll. Das Haus und die Wohnung sind gepflegt und ich lege Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit, putze regelmäßig. Ich koche gerne und freue mich, wenn sich ein Gespräch in der Wohnküche ergibt. Für die Arbeit brauche ich Ruhe und Konzentration. Beruflich bin ich im bildnerisch-künstlerischen Bereich tätig.
