Welcome to another room listing, and hopefully, your search for a nice and comfortable room ends here.
My name is Sahil, and I am a working professional living in Berlin for the last couple of years. I will be traveling for a couple of months and would gladly offer my room to someone responsible. The room is 27 square meters and has an attached personal balcony. The room has a work table, office chair, and a monitor screen to ease working from home. We also have stable high-speed internet. There is a large kitchen (with a fully equipped fitted kitchen) and a large bathroom with a window.
Our apartment is within 5 mins of walking distance of multiple
U-Bahn and tram stations. All major supermarkets, such as Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, and Penny, can be found within walking distance. There is also a market street close to the apartment where all banks, utility stores, food chains, and much more can be found.
We have been living here for a year and a half. You will be sharing the flat with two more peaceful flatmates who respect privacy.
Unfortunately, registration will not be possible since it is a short-term sublet.
It is possible that the room can be rented until the middle or end of January. We can discuss what works best for you.
