Da ich im kommenden Sommersemester auf Erasmus gehe, muss ich meine schöne WG vorübergehend untervermieten. Das Zimmer ist etwa 22m² groß, blickt in einen Innenhof und somit ist es sehr ruhig. Die Möbel würde ich belassen und alles ausräumen / Deko entfernen damit du es dir so einrichten kannst, wie du willst.
Since I am going abroad this upcoming summer semester, i have to sublet my beautiful dorm. The 22m² room has a nice view into a little courtyard and hence it is very quiet all day and night. I would like to leave all my furniture inside the room, but would remove all the decorations and personal stuff so you can make it your own.
Die Wohnung ist in einer sehr zentralen Grazer Lage, die Karl-Franzens Universität ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die Med Uni und die Technische Uni sind etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß weg und dort befinden sich auch ein Spar und ein Billa. Gleich in der Nähe gibt es auch eine Apotheke / Bipa und der Stadtpark, Rosenhain sowie ein Schimmbad sind auch in ein paar Gehminuten erreichbar. Direkt neben unserem Haus gibt es auch eine sehr nette Allgemeinmedizinerin, falls man einmal krank werden sollte.
The flat is very centrally located, with the Karl-Franzens University only 5 walking minutes away and the MUG and TU reachable in about 10 minutes by bike. The nearest busstop is 2 minutes away, where there are also 2 supermarkets and close by are also a drug store and a pharmacy. The Grazer Stadtpark is only a few hundred meters from us, as well as a public pool. There is also a GP immediately next to our house, who is very competent and nice, in case you get ill.
Du wirst dir die WG mit zwei Medizinstudenten (w24, m23) aus Deutschland teilen. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und wünschen uns auch einen Untermieter, der zu uns passt und sich hier ein Zuhause machen will. Wir machen gerne gemeinsame Wg- / Kochabende, aber genießen auch unsere Privatsphäre.
You would share the flat with to Med students (f24, m23) form Germany. We like to spend time with each other and try to have nice movie- / cook- / games-night every now and then but obviously we also appreciate our private time.
Das Zimmer ist ab Jänner verfügbar, bis in den Sommer (genauer Termin verhandelbar).
The room can be sublet from January until some time in summer (we can discuss the exact moving out date later on).
Room is ideal for Internationals! My roommates both speak English very well and one of them is a native spanish speaker.
