Das Zimmer kann nur an immatrikulierte Studenten vermietet werden, da es sich um eine Studentenwohnheim handelt.

A shared room will be available from 15.02.2024 to 31.08.2024 in student residence Filderbahnplatz. (Earlier or later move-in/move-out dates are possible by arrangement)
The indicated rent 351 Euros is warm rent and you pay 9,5 Euros per month for internet.
The room is on the 1st floor and it is fully furnished with bed, mattress, shelf, wardrobe and a desk. The kitchen, bathroom and toilets are shared with other roommates.
The room can only be rented to enrolled students as it is a student residence.
U-Bahn/ Bus Haltestelle Möhringen Bahnhof ist 2 Minuten am Fuß erreichbar. Mit U5, U6 und U12 ist der Hauptbahnhof in 20 min zu erreichen. U6 ermöglicht auch eine direkte Verbindung zu Flughafen, Feuerbach und Gerlingen. Mit U3, U8 erreicht man in 20 min den Universität Stuttgart Campus Vaihingen. Die Universität Hohenheim ist auch mit der U-Bahnlinie U3 in 7 Minuten zu erreichen.
Als Einkaufsmöglichkeit- Kaufland befindet sich direkt hinter deine Gebäude. Rewe, Tedi und türkische Supermärkte sind in 6 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt auch ein Lidl, wenn man mit der U-Bahn bis zur nächsten Haltestelle fährt, die 2 Minuten entfernt ist.

The U-Bahn/bus stop Möhringen Bahnhof is a 2-minute walk away. The main station can be reached in 20 minutes by U5, U6 and U12. In der WG, zurzeit leben 4 Studentinen ( mich eingeschlossen). Der Rest zieht im Februar/März ein.
Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit Geschirr und Töpfe. In der WG befinden sich auch zwei Toiletten und Bäder.
