I am renting out my furnished apartment from 25th Feb (evening) until 22nd March 2024 while I am travelling and looking for a trustworthy person who wants to stay in my beloved flat during this period. My neighbourhood is very quiet and it would be important to respect the night rest also on weekends. Please note that no parties or crowded get togehters are allowed. You can profit from a very peaceful and calm environment, green courtyard and neat building. The apartment is perfect for one person or a couple.
My apartment is equipped with:
- bathroom with bath tub and window
- small kitchen with fridge, hob and work surface
- table & chairs
- loft bed
- comfortable couch
- work desk with screen, mouse and keyboard
- washing mashine (in the laundry room in the basement of the main building)
I can send more pictures if you are interested.
I prefere a personal meeting in my flat before conclude a contract.

My Aappartement is located in Friedrichshain near Traveplatz. The next tram/bus station (Holteisstraße) is only 2 minutes away. You can reach S Ostkreuz & S Frankfurter Allee within a 10-minute-walk. Boxhagener Platz is only 10 minutes away.
You will find serval supermarktes, Späti, cafés and restaurants just around the courner.
The appartment is located in a garden house on the 4th floor without elevator. I have a loft bed you need to climb up for sleeping. I do not have a dishwasher. It would be great if you can take care of my plants during my absence (water them once or twice) 🌵
