My name is Mario, and in our flat we will rent one room from March 1st indefinitely since one of our flatmates is leaving us. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, living room-kitchen, bathroom with bathtub + shower and balcony. It is a 10-minute bike ride from the main train station or an 8-minute tram ride to the city center.
My roommates are a Spanish guy who is coursing his Ausbildung in Nursery (Pflegermann), a guy from Afghanistan who is studying media art at HGK and myself, with mixed origins (Argentina-Italy) but lived most of my live in Spain and currently working in the hotellerie. We consider ourselves a LGTBQ+ friendly flat, and obviously internationals are welcome. Everybody speaks English, German and even other languages.
We like to spend time together in the kitchen (which is normally our meeting point), sometimes cook together but we also appreciate our self-time as we all have different schedules. And obvioulsy a couple of beers every now and then is always welcome :)
