DE: Hi Leute, da ich ein Praktikum in Hamburg mache wird dieses schöne Zimmer vorrübergehend frei. Die Mietdauer ist lediglich vom 05.07. bis 31.07. Es hat 16 m^2 und eine Dachschräge. Bett, Schreibtisch und alle anderen Möbel werde ich hier lassen - ihr braucht also erst mal nicht unbedingt eigene Möbel. Auf einem kleinen Balkon könnt ihr frische Luft schnappen oder den Rauch von Zigaretten, wenn ihr das wollt. Des Weiteren habe ich hier einen Fernseher, eine Soundbar, eine E-Gitarre, ein E-Piano und ein Drumset. Je nachdem, ob ihr Drums spielen wollte oder nicht, kann ich es natürlich auch wegräumen. Dazu haben wir zudem unten einen eigenen Keller, in dem z.B. Fahrräder abgestellt werden können.
Die anderen Zimmer der Wohnung sind: Julian's Zimmer, Bad und Küche.
EN: Hi everyone, because I will be going to Hamburg, this nice room will temporarily be available. The time of rent is only from the 5th of July to the 31st of July. It has 16 m^2 and is situated under the roof. A bed, desk and other furniture I will leave here - so you don't really need furniture of your own. On a small balcony next to my room you can catch a breath of fresh air or the smoke of a cigarette, if you are partial to them. Furthermore, I have a TV, a soundbar, an electric guitar, a piano and a drumset. If you would like to play drums I can leave them set up or remove them if you prefer more space. For that we also have a cellar of our own, where you could for example put your bicycle.
The other rooms of the flat are: Julian's room, bathroom and kitchen.
DE: Die Lage ist für Studenten der Geistes- oder Naturwissenschaften ideal, da wochentags halbstündlich die Busse der Linien 16 und 12 euch zu Innenstadt und, respektive, Morgenstelle befördern. Die Haltestelle ist bei Schneckentempo 2 Minuten von der Haustür entfernt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind Edeka, Aldi Süd und REWE. Am schnellsten zu einem kleinen Stück Natur führt der Weg weiter gen Westen, über die Wiesen, letztlich zu einem Wald.
Man muss einräumen, dass die Wohnung an einer Straße liegt, jedoch haben wir beide damit nie Lärmprobleme gehabt.
EN: The location is ideal for students of the humanities and natural sciences as there are bus lines 16 to the city and 12 to the Morgenstelle. The bus stop, assuming the tempo of a snail, is 2 minutes from the front door of the building.
Admittedly, the flat is at a street, but we both never had trouble with too much noise from there.
DE: Wir sind eine Studenten 2er-WG (beide aus der Biochemie) - euer Mitbewohner für die Zeit hier ist Julian, der gerade an seiner Bachelorarbeit am Max Planck Institut für Biologie arbeitet.
Julian und ich sind, wie man wahrscheinlich als Außenstehender sagen würde, "nerdy" - wir lieben Filme, Zocken und Bouldern und spielen beide Instrumente. Um nochmal mehr Fokus auf den für euch Interessanteren Part Julian zu legen: Julian steht sehr auf Anime und Manga und hat seit letztem Weihnachten einen Plattenspieler in seinem Zimmer. In der Regel sind wir über den Tag beschäftigt und kochen abends gemeinsam etwas (auch da kann ich Julian Fähigkeiten bescheinigen).
Wir würden uns gerne die Zeit nehmen, um euch ein wenig kennen zu lernen und herauszufinden, ob ihr während der 4 Monate gut miteinander auskommen könnt.
EN: We are a shared flat of two students (both from the Biochemistry department) - your roommate during the time here is Julian who currently works on his Bachelor's thesis at the Max Planck Institute for Biology.
Julian and I are what someone might call "nerdy" - we love movies, gaming, bouldering and both play instruments. To put some more focus on the more interesting part for you: Julian likes Anime and Manga and has got a vinyl player for last Christmas. During the day we are usually busy and in the evening cook together (here I can also praise Julian's skills).
We would like to take some time to get to know you and determine, whether you will have a good time with my roommate for 4 months.

Bitte nehme dir Zeit ein ordentliches Anschreiben zu verfassen - dann melden wir uns und laden dich gegebenenfalls zu einer Besichtigung ein. Wir freuen uns auf dich! :D
PS: Das Zimmer ist ab 01. April verfügbar, kann aber flexibel auch z.B. am 08. April bezogen werden (bei Verringerung der ersten Miete!).
PPS: An alle die sich für diese Wohnung im März beworben haben - Ich vermute, dass die Dame, die ich für die Untermiete in Betracht zog, mich betrügen wollte! Deshalb ist das Zimmer jetzt wieder verfügbar!
