Praktikantin sucht WG-Zimmer/1-Zimmer-Wohnung von Juli-September

Hallo, ich bin Sarah, ich komme aus Österreich und studiere derzeit International Management an der WU Wien und UCD Dublin und suche für mein Auslandspraktikum in München von 11.7.-20.9.2024 ein nettes WG-Zimmer oder eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung. Ich würde natürlich für die gesamten Monate (Juli-September) Miete zahlen, bin aber aufgrund meines 10-Wochen-Praktikums zeitlich flexibel mit Ein- und Ausziehen.

Zu mir persönlich: Ich lebe seit 4 Jahren bereits in einer 3er-WG, habe daher schon viel Erfahrung im Zusammenleben mit anderen und bin sehr rücksichtsvoll, sauber und ordentlich, besonders, wenn es um geteilte Räume wie Küche/Bad geht. Außerdem bin ich generell eine sehr offene & kommunikative Person und freue ich mich immer über ein nettes WG-Pläuschen, komme aber auch gut in einer Zweck-WG zurecht. Ich bin eine absolute Tierliebhaberin, daher wären für mich auch Katzen/Hunde als Haustiere von Mitbewohner:innen gar kein Problem, ich könnte sie auch bspw. gerne gelegentlich füttern o.Ä. Unter der Woche wäre ich wohl oft lange unterwegs und am Arbeiten, am Wochenende unternehme ich auch gerne im Freien was mit Freunden oder würde gelegentlich nach Hause nach Vorarlberg fahren.

Zum Administrativen: Laut meinem Dienstvertrag müsste ich mich in Deutschland für meinen Praktikumszeitraum melden, daher bräuchte ich dafür einen Mietvertrag bzw. eine Wohnungsgeberbestätigung. Gerne stelle ich etwaige finanzielle Auskünfte auf Anfrage bereit. Über ein kurzes Online-Kennenlernen via Whatsapp Videocall oder MS Teams würde ich mich freuen, schreib mir dazu gerne! :)

Hi, I'm Sarah, I'm an Austrian currently studying International Management at WU Vienna and UCD Dublin and looking for a shared room or 1-room apartment for my internship abroad in Munich from July 11 - September 20, 2024. I would of course pay rent for the entire months (July-September), but I am flexible with moving in and out due to my 10-week internship.

Some bits about me: I have already been living in a shared flat for 4 years, so I have a lot of experience when it comes to living with others. I'm very considerate, clean, and tidy, especially regarding shared rooms (kitchen/bathroom). Also, I'm a very open & communicative person and I'm always happy to have a nice chat among flatmates, but I also get on well in a solely functional shared flat. I am an absolute animal lover, so cats/dogs as pets would not be a problem for me, I could also feed them occasionally, for example. During the week, I would probably often be out and about for long periods working, but at the weekend I would also enjoy doing things outdoors with friends or occasionally driving home to Vorarlberg.

Regarding admin matters: As per my employment contract, I need to be registered in Germany for my internship period, so I would need a tenancy agreement or confirmation of residence. Also, I can happily provide any financial information on request. I would be happy to get to know you online via a brief Whatsapp video call or MS Teams, so feel free to reach out! :)
