Hello dear people,
I am subletting my one-room apartment in Schöneberg for 7 months: 1.9.2024 - 31.3.2025. A few days earlier is also possible, and an extension for a month or two as well. The rent is €670 per month, including all bills, and there is a €700 deposit. I would prefer a woman to stay in my home, someone who is calm and respectful, will take care of my plants, and doesn't smoke inside.

The area is very quiet in the evenings and on weekends. However, there is currently construction next to the house which can be very loud during the day. I work mostly remotely from home, and it bothers me sometimes.
