Indian Student, looking for accommodation near Universität Passau (Immediate). Budget around 250-350€

Ich bin ein indischer Student und im Sommersemester 2024 an der Universität Passau eingeschrieben.
Ich bin 23 Jahre alt.
Ich wohne in Delhi, Indien.
Ich bin derzeit in Passau und suche eine Unterkunft.
Ich koche gerne, höre Podcasts, spiele gerne und spiele gerne Outdoor-Spiele wie Badminton.
Generell halte ich meine Umgebung ordentlich und sauber
Ich trinke keinen Alkohol und rauche nicht.
Ich spreche Englisch, Hindi und ein bisschen Deutsch.
Ich bevorzuge Mitbewohner in meinem Alter und auch solche, die an derselben Universität studieren.
In Zukunft würde ich vielleicht ein Fahrrad kaufen und würde daher einen kleinen Parkplatz benötigen.
Ich würde lieber erst nach der physischen Überprüfung der Unterkunft bezahlen als im Voraus.
Auch Hilfe bei der Anmeldung/Registrierung wäre dankbar.
Was das Geld angeht, habe ich ein Blocked-Konto von Coracle, auf dem 11,208 Euro eingezahlt sind. Ich bekomme also jeden Monat 934 Euro pro Monat. Das Blocked-Konto wird erst aktiviert, wenn meine Anmeldung abgeschlossen ist.
Für mich funktioniert jede Wohnform (WG, Zimmer, Untermiete, Studio) mit Warmmiete.

I am 23 years old.
I belong to Delhi, India
I am currently in Passau, looking for accommodation.
I like cooking, listening to podcasts, gaming, and playing outdoor games like badminton.
I generally keep my surroundings tidy and clean
I don't drink alcohol and don't smoke.
I speak English, Hindi, and a little bit German.
I prefer roommates around my age and also, who are students in the same university.
In the future, I might buy a bicycle, so would need a small parking space.
I would prefer to pay only after checking the accommodation physically rather than in advance.
Also, help with the anmeldung/registration would be appreciated.
In terms of money, I have a blocked account from 'Coracle', in which 11,208 € are deposited. So, I will get 934 Euros per month. The blocked account will be activated only when my anmeldung/registration is done.
For me, any kind of accommodation will work (shared flat, room, sublet, studio) with warm rent.
