The room is on the first floor and ist 14m^2. Its very light with a window to the street. The house has a basement for bikes and the garden can be used as well.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt beim Rathaus Babelsberg und ist damit super an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angeschlossen. S-Bahn, Tram und Bus sind nicht mehr als fünf Minuten entfernt und fahren in regelmäßigen Abständen. In die Innenstadt ist es auch nicht weit. Ein Edeka ist direkt um die Ecke, ansonsten gibt es auch noch genug andere Supermärkte in der Gegend.

The flat is very close to the station "Rathaus Babelsberg", so public transportation is less than 5 minutes away. They are regularly going to the city center, which is only 20 minutes away. There are plenty of supermarkets arouns, one of them being only around the corner.
Zusammenwohnen wirst du hauptsächlich mit Marlene (w,29). Sie macht gerade ihr Refrendariat an einer Grundschule, kocht und spielt gerne Kartenspiele. Marlene wünscht sich eine freundliche, unkomplizierte Mitbewohnerin mit der es keine Zweck-WG wird.
Ansonsten lebt noch Bea (w,41) in der Wohnung, sie hat allerdings gerade erst ein Kind bekommen und ist aktuell nur einmal die Woche da.

You are going to live with Marlene (f,29). She is currently studying to be a teacher at a preschool. She likes cooking and bord games. Marlene is looking for a friendly, easy-going going roomate.
The second roomate is Bea (f,41). She just had her baby and is hardly at home - currently just once a week.
