The shared room faces the inner courtyard and is a little smaller than the other two rooms. It has a large window that lets in a lot of light. The room is handed over unfurnished.
If you need, the furniture such as bookshelves can be placed in the common area. The room door is also soundproof. Also, we're getting a new internet contract with 250 mb glassfiber soon!!
The apartment is located in a quiet area. There are supermarkets and the cafeteria of the FH Aachen nearby. Both the main train station and the Schanz train station are just a few minutes' walk away. There are also parking spaces for cars and bicycles right next to the apartment.
We are an international shared flat, LGBTQAI+ friendly, and look forward to diverse cultural exchange, be it through cooking, language, or humor. We also have a strict cleaning schedule that we try to follow.
Your future roommate speaks English and a little German.
Pratiksha: Hey, I am Pratiksha(27) and come from India. I am doing a master's in Data Analytics and Decision Science and also working as an Intern parallel to that. I like to crochet, knit, cook, and eat! Recently I have got into muay thai. My friends describe me as a warm person who is always ready to help. Usually, I like to be in my room chilling or working, but I am anytime up for hanging out or having deep conversations.
Dimytrii: My name is Dmytrii, I am Ukrainian. Currently working on my PhD in medical physics. n my free time, I like to spend time with my friends or enjoy a good book or a TV show. I really enjoy cooking for myself and especially my friends. Lately, I have finally come back to do my favorite hobby - dancing, currently it's just a Ballet, but I am looking forward to joining some other dancing classes, such as Lindy Hop, Jazz, or other dances. Additionally, I play basketball and hit the gym sometimes.
Our old flatmate Emily is going back to Finland on 31st of July where she's studying. One room will be empty.
