You would be staying in the biggest room of the flat for 3 weeks! Its bright, spacious, comes with its own balcony, and perfect for short term stays. In this case im looking for someone to take my room while im out of Germany for 3 weeks.
Its located right next to Leopoldplatz, a public space with many activities on weekends, a vibrant heart of Wedding, Berlin. The subway station (UBahn) is literally 2 minutes away by foot and is very connected to all attractions in Berlin and many restaurants and other amenities in the area.
We are currently 4. So youll be staying with 3 others. But trust me, I lucked out because theyre clean, organized and super friendly. Truth be told i dont really even bump into them all that often. So I dont think this would be an inconvience especially if youre not staying for long.
We have a cleaning system in the apartment, 1 flatmate cleans the entire apartment in the common areas every sunday. But since youll be staying for 3 weeks, you wont need to clean the common areas at all :)
