My name is Prabhu Karunanithi from India, and I currently hold an indefinite employment contract with Sanden International (Europe) GmbH in Bad Nauheim - 61231.

My employment starts on the 2nd of September, and I will enter Germany on the 28th of August. Initially, I plan to stay temporarily in a studio apartment near Bad Nauheim.

I am looking for an apartment for a long-term stay where I will be living with my wife, Janani Gopalakrishnan. I found your rental property on ImmoWelt and am interested in it for a long-term stay.

We are both new to Germany. We have been married for a year, do not have any kids, and do not have any pets. We assure you that we will maintain silence and adhere to the property rules.

1. Is the property available from September? (Since I will be staying in a temporary location, I can wait until the end of September.)
