Hey my name in Zoe i am Queer visual artists , i love my flat it is a very calm space. The Flat have many plants that need love (so i need someone responsible to sharing this responsability and hopefully with experience with plants).
I am looking for a dog lover that want to help me with my baby simon timon to timon , he is a super social and cute dog (10kg)super easy going that need no more that 2 walks a day and have portable quimic super clean toilet for inside too.. He really dont like to stay alone for longer that 8 hours i dont like it neither , so i need someone honest and responsible.
I ussually take it with me to work and if he have company doesnt need to much attetion, everyone loves him, even cats.
Your room have balcony with view to a green garden , it is very quiet, 2 sofa , and big storage on the wall, a little cute designer glass table, another white storate No bed ! That could be arranged if we share the cost or you could keep the matres of my flatmate that it is moving to the countryside.
The share spaces need to stay clean and minimalistic (it is a small place) like no food on the zinc, clean surfaces. No Hair on the shower / toilet and toothpaste on the mirror. In the kitchen we have diswasher and washing machine , cost for fixing stuff are share .
The builging in general it is a silence space so no laud music after 22 and keeping a good relationship with the neighboor is fundamental. The garden is close and you can go out for your morning coffee , hear the birds and play with Simon.
I am looking for respecful, mature people with a stable job hopefully someone creative , I work with Light , Love painting and cooking vegan . Its not possible to make almendung please dont insist or ask me again. Ofc we can make a legal document for your guarante.

Looking forward to meet you… i am looking for someone for 1 of april ! Being honest i am not thinking to rent the flat for too long i experience that after or inmediately people are not responsible with the cleaning for having to much social life , so expect max 6 months and twice a month you need to make a deep cleaning (as i will do twice too) if you dont have time we can always call someone to clean i now so much people!! i even work my self doing this during corona. Not my fav job , for that reaon i need someone CLean and Responsible.
