Es handelt sich um eine voll ausgestattete 3er WG, perfekt für Personen, die bei Porsche, Bosch etc. arbeiten. Es gibt eine Küche mit Spülmaschine sowie Waschmaschine.
In den 525€ ist alles enthalten, es kommen keine weiteren Kosten dazu. Die Wohnung verfügt auch über einen Balkon.
Das Zimmer wird regulär für 6 Monate vermietet und kann nach Bedarf in Abstimmung mit dem Vermieter um 6 Monate verlängert werden.

I am looking for a new tenant for my beautiful room in a shared flat in Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen.
The apartment is less than 2 minutes away from the S-Bahn station and therefore very well connected to the city center. There is a supermarket in front of the house.
It is a fully furnished 3-person shared flat, perfect for people who work at Porsche, Bosch etc.
Everything is included in the 525€, there are no additional costs. The apartment also has a balcony.😊
The room is regularly rented for 6 months and can be extended by 6 months if required in agreement with the landlord.
