Ich suche zum 01.05.2025 einen Nachmieter für mein Studentenzimmer im Wohnheim Geschwister-Scholl-Straße 11e in Greifswald (nahe Berthold-Beitz-Platz und Uni Klinikum) vom Studierendenwerk, da ich im April ausziehen werde.
Das 18m² große Zimmer ist komplett möbliert mit einem Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und jeweils zwei Regalen und Schränken. Das Bad teilt man sich mit einem Zimmernachbarn. Die Gemeinschaftsküche wird zu sechst genutzt und verfügt über 3 Kühlschränke.
Die monatliche Warmmiete (incl. Internet und Strom) beträgt 292,00€.
Wegen Vorgaben des Studierendenwerks muss der Nachmieter männlich sein und in Greifswald studieren. In den letzten 6 Monaten darf er nicht in einem Wohnheim des Studierendenwerks gewohnt haben.

I am looking for a new tenant for my student room in the dormitory Geschwister-Scholl-Straße 11e in Greifswald (near Berthold-Beitz-Platz and Uni Klinikum) from the Studierendenwerk as of 01.05.2025, as I will be moving out in April.
The 18m² room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair and two shelves and cupboards. The bathroom is shared with a room neighbor. The shared kitchen is used by six people and has 3 fridges.
The monthly rent (including internet and electricity) is €292.00.
Due to the requirements of the Studierendenwerk, the new tenant must be male and studying in Greifswald. He must not have lived in a hall of residence of the Studierendenwerk in the last 6 months.
