Etwa gleich weit entfernt liegt die S-Bahn-Haltestelle Gohlis, mit der man direkt zum Hbf fahren kann. Von dort fährt auch die Tram 12. Die Anbindung ist también echt klasse. Trotz der Nähe zu den Haltestellen ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, da sie in einer Seitenstraße der Georg-Schumann liegt.

REWE und Penny sind ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe. En Den Gohlis Arkaden befinden sich auch Bäcker, Apotheke uvm. Ganz en der Nähe ist zudem ein kleiner Sportplatz mit Basketball und Fußballfeld.
