Wir vermieten unser herrliches Appartment für die Zeit über Weihnachten und Neujahr. Es ist toll gelegen zwischen Columbia University, Central Park und Hudson River und hat tolle Anbindung an die Subway (1,A,C trains). Es ist komplett renoviert worden dieses Jahr und wir überlassen es komplett möbliert.
Miete ist 350€ / Woche oder 950€ für den gesamten Zeitraum. Das hört sich viel an, aber wer die Mietpreise in NY kennt weiss, dass das lediglich kostendeckend ist.
Es gibt Waschmaschinen im Keller, superschnelles DSL von der Columbia U und wohnt in der Nahe des Broadways.
