Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert inklusive aller Küchenutensilien. Die Lage der Wohnung ist kaum zu übertreffen: TU (2 min zu Fuß), LMU (7 min zu Fuß), U-Bahn: U2 Josephsplatz bzw. U6 Universität, Tram: Haltestelle Pinakotheken bzw. Schellingstr., Pinakotheken und Englischer Garten in Laufreichweite, ebenso wie alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs und ein großes Angebot an Restaurants/Bars/Cafes befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Wohnung kann bei Interesse gerne besichtigt werden. Bitte am besten telefonisch melden.

Hey,
since I will be abroad for a month in Feb/Mar, I am subletting my nice and bright apartment in the center of Munich. The studio apartment has a very spacious balcony facing south, bathroom with bathtub and is fully furnished including all kitchen appliances. Public transport connection is very convenient (U2 Josephsplatz / U6 Universität). Numerous restaurants, bars, cafes, as well as supermarkets and shops are very close. Art galleries, the two universities (TU and LMU) and the English Garden are in close proximity.
