Wir haben ein schönes Altbau Mehrfamilienhaus und vermieten dort als WG mehrere Zimmer im 1. OG – die oberen Etagen werden in Kürze auch ausgebaut. Läden, Supermärkte, Ärzte ist alles in Laufgegend, zur Tram sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß und zum Bahnhof/Zentrum nur 15 Min mit dem Rad.

Im Moment sind zwei Zimmer ab sofort zu mieten. Sie sind frisch renoviert, mit neuem Laminat und möbliert mit allem was man so braucht: Bett, Tisch, Schrank, Regal etc. Du kannst die Möbel auch gern mit bestimmen. Achtung, wir heizen in den Zimmern mit Kohle und in Küche und Bad mit Gasheizungen (Gammat)!

Innerhalb des Hauses und Gartens (außerhalb ist uns egal) essen wir kein Fleisch, Fisch, Eier, nehmen keine Drogen und trinken kein Alkohol. Wir suchen zwar keine Vegetarier oder Nicht-Raucher, aber innerhalb des Hauses wünschen wir es eben nicht.

Deine Mitbewohner sind: Lingdan (m, 29J) aus China, der seine Magister-Arbeit schreibt. Moustafa (m, 33J) ist ausgebildeter Arzt aus Ägypten, der eine Umschulung macht und Deutsch lernt. Sowie Anne (w, 34J), Grafikdesignerin, die zur Zeit das Haus betreut.

Wir, die Vermieter, sind eine neu gegründete Genossenschaft, die dieses Haus, sowie weitere Wohnungen in Berlin verwaltet. Unsere Genossenschaft stellt ein idealistisches Forum dar und realisiert Projekte im sozialen, wirtschaftlichen und kulturellen Bereich.

Küche, Bad und ein Ess-/Wohnzimmer befinden sich in einer Gemeinschaftswohnung im 1. OG. Für alle vorhanden im Haus sind außerdem: schnelles wifi Internet, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und ein schöner Garten im Hinterhof.

Im Preis ist ALLES inklusive: Miete, Nebenkosten, Strom, Gas, Wasser und Internet! Nur für Putzmittel und Toilettenpapier gibt jeder noch 5 Euro in die Haushaltskasse. Die Kündigungsfrist beträgt einen Monat zum Ende des Monats.

We own a nice old apartment building and rent out several rooms on the first floor – the upper floors will be refurbished soon. Just 5 minutes walking distance to public transportation (tram), shops, supermarkets, doctors etc. and 15 minutes by bike to get downtown.

At the moment there are two rooms available – both of them have just been refurbished, have a new laminate floor and are furnished with everything you need like a bed, desk, wardrobe, shelves etc. You can have a say in the pieces of furniture if you like. Please note: we are heating with coal in all rooms except for the kitchen and bathroom – there we heat with gas!

Within the building and garden we do not eat any meat, fish and eggs, do not smoke, take drugs or drink alcohol – we do not care what each flat mate does outside of the premises meaning we are NOT restricting the flat mates to „vegetarians only“ or „non-smokers only“.

Your flat mates are: Lingdan (m, 29y) from China who is writing his master thesis. Moustafa (m, 33y), a doctor from Egypt who is retraining and learning German at the moment. And Anne (f, 24y) who is a graphic designer and takes care of the house.

We, the owners, are a newly founded collective and manage this building and some flats in Berlin. Our collective is an idealistic forum that realizes projects of social, economic or cultural nature.

The kitchen, the bathroom and a communal living room are on the first floor. We also have fast wifi, a washing machine, dish washer and a nice garden in the backyard.

The price includes EVERYTHING: rent, additional charges, electricity, gas, water and internet! And each flat member chips in 5 Euro for cleaning utensils and toilet paper etc. The notice period is one month until the end of the month.
