Ich biete hier meine gemütliche kleine Souterrain Wohnung ab sofort an :) Sie befindet sich in direkter Nähe zur FH (ca. 200m) Ich ziehe wegen eines Jobwechsels nach Lüneburg und somit wäre die Wohnung schon ab 15.05 frei. Supermarkt ist um die Ecke, der Hauptbahnhof mit angrenzendem Busbahnhof befindet sich ebenfalls nur etwa 500m von der Wohnung entfernt. Ich habe mich dort immer sehr wohl gefühlt, vor allem die Nähe zur Innenstadt war sehr praktisch, man kann im Grunde alles zu Fuß erreichen. Für Studenten ist die Lage natürlich besonders optimal ;) Die Warmmiete beträgt nur 220 Euro, hinzu kommen noch Strom und Internet welches selbst abgeschlossen werden muß (bei mir insg. 40 Euro) Es wird keine Maklergebühr fällig und auch keine Kaution!! Lediglich eine Ablöse für die Möbel :) Ich bin jederzeit erreichbar, sonst einfach zweimal probieren.
