das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 5er-Wohnheim WG im 3. OG. Es hat 15m² und ist mit Bett, Schreibtisch und -stuhl, Regalwand und Kleiderschrank ausgestattet. Man hat sogar etwas See- und Alpenblick! Unsere WG hat ein Bad mit WC und Dusche und außerdem nochmal ein separates WC. Das Wohnheim wurde erst vor wenigen Jahren kernsaniert. Daher ist die gesamte Ausstattung in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Hey everyone, The room has about 14m², is equipped with a bed, a big table with office chair, a sofa bed, a closet and shelves. You can even see the Alps and the lake from the room :) The flat is quite big and has two bathrooms (a big and a small one) and a big kitchen which is equipped with everything you need (3 fridges, one mainly for beer :)).
Das Wohnheim befindet sich direkt neben der Zeppelin Uni und DHBW. Hat also die optimale Wohnlage für Langschläger ;) Zum ZU Campus am See braucht man ca. 10 min mit dem Fahrrad. Kaufland und Rewe sind ebenfalls in 5-10 min mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Parkplätze kann man direkt vorm Haus mieten oder man parkt einfach kostenlos auf der Straße. Das Wohnheim hat eine große Grünfläche mit Grillplatz.
The dorms are only 3 mins of walking distance away from Zeppelin University and DHBW! Supermarkets are 5 mins away by bike. On lazy days you can use the bus which is only 2-3 mins away :) Parking is available right in front of the building. Plus, the dorms have a BBQ area and a big bicycle storage.
Unsere WG bestand aus einheimischen und internationalen DHBW und ZU Studenten. Aufgrund von Studienende, Ende des Auslandssemester etc. wird die WG nahezu neu besetzt. Nur ein Mitbewohner bleibt da, der allerdings super nett ist, gerne gemeinsam kocht und lobenswerter Weise sogar einen Bierkühlschrank organisiert hat :D
The flat mates used to be a mixture of local and international Zeppelin University and DHBW students. Most of us are moving now because our studies or semester abroad are over. Only one flat mate stays. He is a super nice guy who likes to cook and hang out together and who even recently organized a fridge only for beer :D
