We are looking for a 3rd flatmate for our lovely and laid back WG in Utbremen from the 1st July.
The room you'd be taking over is quite big and bright and it is furnished, which could be perfect for Erasmus/Exchange students, as well as for a more permanent situation. Oh and the 300€/month rent includes all expenses.
Wir suchen einE neuE MitbewohnerIN für unsere 3er WG in Utbremen ab 1. July.
Dein Zimmer ist ganz gross und mit viele Licht. Auch, es ist mobiliert, was würde perfekt für ERASMUS Studenten sein, aber auch für etwas mehr permanent. Oh und es ist 300€/mtl warm.
The location of our apartment is quite perfect, with great connections. The tram 10 stops right at the door and number 2 around the corner. About 5 minutes walk one can also find the bus 28 to Uni. We have a penny across the street and the city center is not so far either. In addition to that, we have a bike storage space if you move around in 2 wheels.
Die Lage ist super, Tram 10 halt gerade vorne unsere Tur, und Tram 2 rund die Ecke. 5 min zu Fuss ist Bus 28, der nach Uni fahrt. Es gibt ein Penny in den Nähe und Zentrum ist nicht sehr weit weg. Ausser das, es gibt ein Fahrradkeller, so man nicht das Fahrrad draussen stellen muss.
