I'm going away for 10 days on holiday (from the 18th of December to the 28 of December) and i'm searching for someone to take care of my place while I'm not in Berlin. The apartment is 30m2, fully equipped with kitchen, a comfortable double bed and a sofa-bed, a little oven, wasching machine... more or less all you need. There is wifi connection as well. The flat has a cozy little balcony where you can enjoy the most beautiful sunset everyday.
My studio flat is in a side street of Warschauerstrasse, It is near to many good bars, restaurants and clubs and a lovely little park. The U-bahn and S-bahn of Warschauer strasse are 5 minutes away, Frankfurter Tor as well is 5 minutes on foot. Kaisers and Aldi are 3 minutes away from the flat aswell.
As I'm going to be away from the 18th to the 28th of December I'm now looking for a tenant that will take care of my place with love and respect. Drop me an email if you are interested and we'll arrange an appointment to visit the flat.
