Es gibt eine separate Küche mit Spülmaschine, ein Badezimmer und einen großen Balkon.
I am looking for a tenant for my nice flat in the Aachen city center. The kitchen contains a lot of useful equipment (including a dishwasher) and is separated from the room. Also there is a huge balcony.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, an der Uni und am Hbf ist man in 10-15 Minuten Fussweg. Das Haus liegt in der Näher der Bushaltestellen Annastraße und Luisenhospital, die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr günstig.
Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind auch in der Nähe.
The location is very central, the house is situated between the busstops Annastr. and Luisenhospital, so you can easily catch various buses. It takes only 10-15 minutes walk to reach the main campus of RWTH or the central station (Hbf).
Supermarkets (Aldi, Rewe, Netto) and other shops are nearby too.
Ich würde gerne zahlreiche Gegenstände in der Wohnung lassen (z.B. die Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Sofa, Kleiderschrank usw.) und hätte gerne eine Ablöse in der Höhe von 300 Euro dafür.
I would like to leave a lot of items in the flat (for example the dishwasher, microwave, sofa, wardrobe etc.) and would like to have 300 euros for all that.
