Hello everyone!
We are looking for a flatmate of 2 people shared flat located in Bilk. The apartment is located between Dusseldorf Bilk and Friedrichstadt, and has a total 64sqm area including two bed rooms. Two rooms are not directly adjacent to each one, so perfect place to live two people together. Both room are the same size (about 17 sqm) and the available room is located at the back and very spacious. It is not furnished , so that you can bring your own furniture.
The kitchen is large enough for two people and has everything- oven, microwave, induction, and even washing machine! The bathroom has a window to the inner bay of the house and is equipped with a bathtub with shower enclosure. We also have a small balcony facing the backward, so you can relax and enjoy the evening in the summer :)
Public transport connection is very good. You can reach the main station or in the city center by tram or bus in 10 minutes. The S-Bahn stations Friedrichstadt , Volksgarten and Bilk are reachable by foot and to the university ( hospital ) only takes 10 minutes by bike . The Bilker Arkaden can be reached just in 10
minutes walk and here you'll find everything for the shopping heart . Supermarkets are also available near the apartment and Volksgarten is also very close to the apartment. .
I will move to the apartment August, and the current flatmate is moving out by the end of August.
I am 29 years old, and commute to Essen during the week (Mon-Fri). By living in another country and studying an international class, I am pretty open to everything.
About myself a bit - I like to cook, read a book, watch a movie, listen to the music, and do some sports. Spending time with my friends is also one of my favorite times on the weekend.
Our share flat is relaxing and easy. Of course it is important to respect each others' privacy, but sharing something together will be great- cooking together sometimes and having beer or a glass of wine after work:)
