Ich vermiete ein großes, möbliertes Zimmer im genannten Zeitraum.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 23 m² groß, hat weiße Dielen und wunderschönen Engelstuck an der Decke :-)
Es ist lichtdurchflutet und du hast einen eigenen Balkon mit Blick auf die von Altbauten gesäumte Willibald-Alexis-Straße. Voll ausgestattet: Tisch zum Arbeiten, Schrank, Sessel, Bett. Internet, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind dabei.
Es ist Teil einer gemütlichen Altbauwohnung mit sehr geräumiger, voll ausgestatteter Küche, großem Bad mit Badewanne, schönen Dielen und Stuck an der Decke.
Die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im schönen Bergmann-Kiez (Kreuzberg) nähe Viktoriapark, Mehringdamm, Tempelhoferfeld und der Bergannstraße mit vielen Cafés, Restaurants, Bars, einem Flohmarkt und vielen tollen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Von Kreuzberg aus erreichst du schnell und einfach andere schöne Viertel wie Neukölln, Friedrichshain, Mitte und Schöneberg. Die Wohnung liegt am idyllischen Chamissoplatz (mit Biomarkt am Samstag), in einer ruhigen mit Altbauten gesäumten Straße.
Suche eine nette und entspannte Person, gerne mit Vorliebe zur vergetarischen Küche. Bitte keine Partys.

Big and beautiful room in Berlin-Kreuzberg: great and central but still quiet location!
I´m renting a spacious room for some weeks.
The apartment is situated centrally in the beautiful Bergmann-Kiez (in Kreuzberg). You will live near many parks, lively streets, the Tempelhoferfeld and the famous Bergmannstreet with its many cafés, restaurants, bars, fleemarket and many great shopping possibilities. From Kreuzberg you can reach many other districts (such as Neukölln, Schöneberg, Mitte, Friedrichshain) easily and quickly.
The flat is next to the sweet Chamissoplatz (with organic market on Saturday), in a quiet street with stunning old style buildings. The room is about 23 m² big, has beautiful white floor boards and beautiful angel stucco at the ceiling. It is very light and you can enjoy your own balcony with a nice view. Fully equipped, internet, linen and towels included.
I want to sublett the room to a kind and serene person, who likes vegetarian cuisine. Please no partys!
