I am professionally for 6 months not in Berlin and want to rent out my beautiful renovated two-room apartment in Berlin Charlottenburg.
The apartment has 53sqm, is on the 4th floor (unfortunately without an elevator) in a multiple dwelling. The apartment is fully equipped with a fitted kitchen, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a shower.
This is a non-smoking apartment, however, you may smoke on the balcony.
Die Wohnung befindet sich 2 geh minuten von der U2. Es befinden sich ein Kaisers, sowie ein Dennsbiomarkt innerhalb von 5 geh minuten, der obligatorische Dönerladen ist auch erreichbar innerhalb von 5 Minuten. Sehr ruhige nachbarn.
The apartment is a 2 minute walk from the U2. There is a “Kaisers” (Supermarkert) , and a Dennsbiomarkt (Bio-Supermarket) within 5 minutes, the obligatory kebab shop is also within 5 minutes. Very quiet neighbors.
