Das Zimmer ist 14 qm groß, unmöbliert und besitzt eine große Fenstertür, die direkt auf die WG-Terrasse auf der Westseite führt. Dahinter beginnt der Garten, der von allen Mitbewohnern genutzt werden kann. Im Zimmer ist es sehr leise auf Grund der dicken Wände (Achtung: Bohrhammer nötig!). Die WG ist mit hellem Laminat ausgelegt und verfügt über eine Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und einen eigenen Kellerraum. Außerdem haben wir Ökostrom und eine Telefon- und Internetflatrate (WLAN). Fahrrad- und Wäschekeller sowie Parkplätze vorm Haus (Rad, Auto) sind auch vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen am Ende einer Straße oberhalb des Unisports (IfL), zum Wald ist es nicht weit. Die Buslinien 42 und 80 erreicht man in weniger als 5 min zu Fuß und mit dem Rad sind es nur 10 min bis in die Innenstadt. Im Haus wohnen hauptsächlich Studi-WGs, aber auch einige Familien.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Silke (ev. Theologie) und Philipp (LaWi), beide ruhige und nette Mitmenschen. Wir unternehmen eher wenig zusammen, unterhalten uns aber gerne oder sitzen zusammen auf der Terrasse.
