Your room is, beside two other bedroom, in the ground floor of a simple but nice two floor house with garden. On this 52 sqm floor there are a kitchen and one of two bathroom with shower tab, which have to be shared with maximum two floor-/housemates; garden and community areas have to be shared with all of us.
Your 15 sqm room is fully equipped with a bed, closet, shelf, desk, ergonomic desk chair, mirrors, curtains/blinds, lamps, towels and bedding. Washing machine, iron, ironing-board and mountainbike are available. Rental time are 3 month minimum; elongation is possible.
We are located in a rather calm street in the center of 63165 Mühlheim (close to Frankfurt), 350 m away from shopping mall, 600 m to river Main, 3 km to the forest or nature reserve with lakes. It’s a 500 m walk to night-bus (from Frankfurt) and train station.
Train S8 or S9 takes you each 15/30 minutes within 4 minutes to Hanau central station, 7 minutes to Offenbach city center, 17 minutes to Frankfurt city center (22 min. to Hauptbahnhof ) and it's about 30 minutes to FH Frankfurt (FRA-UAS), Goethe Universität Frankfurt, Städelschule, ISM or airport (FRA).
We are a mainly hard working group, who like it calm and relaxed, but also enjoy chats when we meet. We are looking for a well educated community member in the age of 24 to 30, with no urge for self-expression, but ability to communicate, natural respect to humans and creativity.
