The beautiful, spacious flat is located in the heart of Friedrichshain.
It is 70 sq m big and it is free from 26.01 until 14.02. The rent for the whole period is 800euros, all charges included.
The flat has 2 rooms, a very spacious living room and a large bedroom, both facing East with a lot of daylight coming in. The living room is equipped with a sofa, desk and a table. The bedroom is furnished with a very comfortable queen-size bed and a drawer. The kitchen is big, fully equipped and with a dining table. Bathroom is small and has a wash machine.
Internet, bed linen and towels will be provided.
The flat is very well located, on the corner of Weserstr and Weichselstr in Friedrichshain.
You can reach S-bahn Frankfurter Allee (10 min walking distance) and Ostkreuz (10 min). The nearest tram stop is just in front of the house, 2 min walk.
The area is very hip, full of nice cafes, bars and restaurants. In 5 min, you can reach Boxhagener Platz, with its amazing food market every Saturday and flee market on Sundays. In 10 min, you are on Simon- Dach- Strasse, where you can find lots of really nice restaurants and bars. Just a few blocks away from our house there are 2 charming little cinemas, Intimes and be-ware!. There are many small shops and boutiques with clothes and home accessories. Some cool second hand stores too. Overall, this part of the city offers a lot to explore and you are in the middle of it.
For groceries, you can chose from the closest Edeka, Lidl, Biocompany and many small local grocery shops. All in a very close walking distance, maximum 10 min walking distance. There is a bakery just across the street and many more in the neighborhood.
