Ich werde mein Zimmer aufgeben und möchte einen Nachmieter ab dem 1. Februar suchen. Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert und ich möchte eine Abschlagszahlung von 300 Euro. Dies beinhaltet ein Bett mit Lattenrost inklusive Matratze und einen Schrank. Das Bett und der Schrank wurden vor 3 Jahren gekauft. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und wurde vor 3 Jahren neu saniert. Zu der Wohnung gehören auch Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Wohnung besitzt ein Tageslichtbad mit Dusche und eine seperate Toilette und hat einen Balkon.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Martinsviertel, sehr zentral gelegen am Campus „TU Stadtmitte“. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist „Alexanderstraße“ und etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel in der Nähe (zu Fuß etwa 5 Minuten) sind mit REWE und Penny vorhanden.
Deine Mitbewohner wären Dag aus Schweden und ich, Simone, aus Italien. Wir sind beide PhD Students an der TU Darmstadt (in Robotik und Physik). Wir sind keine Party WG, sondern leben relativ ruhig und harmonisch miteinander. Die Hauptsprache in der WG ist Englisch, da ich kein Deutsch spreche (Dag spricht auch Deutsch).

ENGLISH VERSION
I will be leaving my room and need to rent it starting from February 1.
The room is fully furnished and I sell all the furniture for a total of 300 euro. The price includes bed frame, mattress, and wardrobe, all bought when I moved in 3 years ago.
The flat itself is very modern since it is located in a house that got entirely renovated when we moved in 3 years ago. The house is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, balcony and separate toilet / shower room.
The flat is located quite centrally, almost next to the campus "TU Stadtmitte" and the next bus stop "Alexanderstrasse" is just 10 minutes away within walking distance. Grocery stores (REWE and Penny) are about 5 minutes away.
Your flatmates would be me, Simone, from Italy and Dag from Sweden, both PhD students at TU Darmstadt (in robotics and physics). We are not a party flat, more likely calm living together in harmony. The flat language is English, since I do not speak German (Dag does, though).
