Hi, I am looking for someone who wants to rent a room for one/two/three/four weeks of August :)
It is a big 18m2 Kellerzimmer (with 2 small windows) in a 2 person apartment. It means you would share a kitchen and a bathroom with my friendly flatmate John :) The house is located in the southern part of Tuebingen in a quiet and green area.
The room is fully furnished (double bed, desk, 2 chairs, armchair, and shelves). In the kitchen you will find all the basic things, like plates, glasses, pans, etc. A watching machine is also available.
Where? Paul-Dietz Strasse, Tuebingen Derendingen! 10min with a bike or bus to hbf.
Bus stop/ train station? Both 3min from the house!
How much? 300 for 4 weeks, which gives 75 euro per week.
400 euro deposit, which would be given to you back the moment you return keys.
