ich suche vom 01.03.25 bis zum 14.03.25 eine nette & zuverlässige Person zur kurzen Zwischenmiete.
Das Zimmer ist für das relativ belebte Innenstadtgeklüngel, ruhig gelegen. Es gibt ein großes Bett, eine Kleiderstange, einen Tisch mit Stuhl, eine Kommode und private Einrichtungsgegenstände (siehe Fotos).
Im Zimmer gibt es einen schönen Dielenboden, ne Pflanze und ein paar Lampen.

I am looking for a nice and responsible person for sublease from feb 15 to march the 1.
The room is in a very quiet location of the flat for the relatively lively downtown hype. There is a large bed, clothes rail, a table with a chair, chest of drawers and private furnishings (see photos).
The room has a beautiful wooden floor, a plant and a few lamps.
Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Alster und zum nächsten Bio Laden sind es gerade mal 3 oder 4 Gehminuten. Genauso wie zum nächsten Bäcker, anderen Supermärkten, Cafés, Hauptbahnhof, Kunsthalle etc. Ich geb dir, wenn du da bist und es möchtest ein paar Tipps, wo man hingehen sollte und wo besser nicht :)

The location couldn't be better. The apartment is almost directly on the Alster and the next Organic Store is just a 3 or 4 minute walk away. Just like to the nearest bakery, other supermarkets, cafés, main train station, art gallery, etc. I'll give you a few tips when you are there and where you should go and where better not :)
In der Wohnung lebe ich, Linda (Kunstgeschichtsstudentin). Für die zwei Wochen Miete, kann die Küche leider nicht mitbenutzt werden. Es ist also eher wie in einem Hotel.

In the flat lives me, Linda (art history student).
There is a pretty relaxed living situation here. During the two weeks of rent it isn‘t possible to use the kitchen. Its more like a hotel Situation.
Schreibt mir einfach und ich melde mich dann as fast as possible zurück. Es wäre gut, wenn ihr den Text sorgfältig lest und somit die wichtigsten Informationen schon habt, damit ich nicht alle schon beantworteten Fragen von vorne bequatschen muss. Damit es ein wenig einfacher wird zu selektieren - schreibt doch bitte als Anrede in die Mail:
"Moin Linda, du Fuchs..." - dann weiß ich automatisch, wer den Text zu Ende gelesen hat und wer nicht.
