The room is furnished with a comfortable bed with extra storage and a closet. The window is facing West, onto Neubaugasse and has direct sunlight in the afternoon and evening. You are also welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, the piano and the basement to store your bicycle.
Neubau is considered the trendiest district in Vienna. There are many fantastic bars and restaurants right outside, and Neubaugasse is well known across the city for its unique shops. Mariahilfer Straße, subway U2 Volkstheater and U3 Neubaugasse are a short walk away and the nearby bus and tram stop lets you reach the city center in a few minutes.
I am a filmmaker and art student, I speak English and German, and travel often for work. Matthias is a teacher and works Monday through Friday. In the past, we've cooked together and invited friends for dinner every once in a while but we didn't throw parties at the apartment. I am looking for a considerate and nice roommate to move in.
The room will be rented out this month. You will sign a sublease agreement with me, and ideally, you'd like to stay for three months or longer. You are welcome to visit the apartment. Alternatively, we can set up a Skype call to talk in person.
