También hay el conocido parque de mampostería, 4 parques más en 5-10geh-min. Distancia y lago Weissensee se puede llegar en 15min :)

Zum Feiern ist 5 geh-min. entfernt die Kulturbrauerei mit 5 Clubs und viele andere Clubs in 10min zu erreichen. Sehr schöne Cafes und Bars umzingeln uns ebenfalls, soweit 4 Supermärkte, von denen einer bis 23 und einer rund um die Uhr geöffnet hat.

Zudem gibts hier noch den allbekannten Mauerpark, noch 4 weitere Parks in 5-10geh-min. Entfernung und den Weissensee erreicht man mit der Tram in 15min :)

Ich bin janett, (instagram “janett_yochanagram”) , wohne seit 15 Jahren in Berlin (ursprünglich aus NRW), angehende Psychotherapeutin & Musiktherapeutin und lerne Gebärdensprache um später auch gehörlose Klienten annehmen zu können Bin offen, mag tiefe Gespräche wie auch loco-fun, ehrlich, harmony-liebend, mag sarkastischen Humor, kreativ, spiele gerne Gitarre usw. aber so dass keinen stört, lerne auch gerade Schlagzeug (natürlich nur im Studio:) bald Ich mag Parks, Bars und Cafés, essen gehen , mit Freunden Musik machen, manchmal auch Tanzen gehen, Live-musik, Freunde treffen , Basketball, Nacht-Spazieren oder en Sonne durch Natur usw, aber auch gemütliche Serien-/Film-Abende oder Spiele :). Ich liebe Kreativ- und Musik-Menschen, freue mich immer über internationale Bekanntschaften. Mir ist ein harmonisches, warmes Wohlfühl-Zuhause sehr wichtig - Espacio seguro - und finde Gemeinschaft wie auch me-time beides wichtig :). Allgemein nachts lange wach, aber ohne jmd zu stören :)

Soy Janett (Instagram: @janett_yochanagram), he estado viviendo en Berlín durante 15 años (originalmente desde NRW). Soy un futuro psicoterapeuta " terapeuta musical, y estoy aprendiendo lenguaje de signos para poder trabajar con clientes sordos en el futuro. Estoy abierto, amo las conversaciones profundas tanto como diversión loca, honesta, amante de la armonía, disfrutar del humor sarcástico, creativo, como tocar la guitarra, etc. (quietly, so no one’s disturbed) y también estoy aprendiendo tambores en este momento (por supuesto, sólo en el estudio :)) (Ableton pronto también). Me encanta ir a parques, bares y cafeterías, salir a comer, hacer música con amigos, a veces bailar, música en vivo, conocer amigos, baloncesto, paseos nocturnos o al sol en la naturaleza, también disfrutar de una acogedora película / veladas noches o juegos de juegos. Me encantan las almas creativas y musicales y estar alrededor de la gente internacional. Un hogar armonioso, cálido y cómodo es muy importante para mí —un verdadero espacio seguro— y creo en la importancia de la comunidad y el tiempo de mí. Soy un ruiseñor, pero siempre tranquilo y respetuoso :)

En la otra habitación vive Ben – súper amable, social, abierto, divertido, y sólo una muy buena vibración en general. También es muy considerado cuando se trata de compartir un espacio, y con él, realmente tengo esa acogedora sensación de "casa"

Mi nombre es Ben (26). Nací en Berlín, crecí en Baviera y volví a Berlín el año pasado. Me encanta cocinar y tengo una verdadera pasión por jugar al tenis de mesa. Soy músico con un estudio en Charlottenburg, donde paso la mayor parte de mi tiempo trabajando, aparte de los conciertos los fines de semana. Me siento muy cómodo en el GT, y un ambiente de vida pacífico y armonioso es muy importante para mí. Me encanta la buena comida, ir a pasear y explorar Berlín. También disfruto de conciertos y todo tipo de eventos frescos, siempre que tenga la oportunidad. Soy una persona creativa, lo que significa que a veces estoy levantada tarde, pero siempre trato de estar tranquilo y respetuoso. ”

I’m Janett (Instagram: @janett_yochanagram), I’ve been living in Berlin for 15 years now (originally from NRW). I’m a future psychotherapist & music therapist, and I’m learning sign language so I can work with deaf clients in the future. I’m openhearted, love deep conversations as much as crazy fun, honest, harmony-loving, enjoy sarcastic humor, creative, like playing guitar etc. (quietly, so no one’s disturbed) and am also learning drums right now (of course, only in the studio :)) (Ableton soon too).
