Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine schöne Dachgeschosswohnung (3. Stock) in Jena in der Nähe des Saalbahnhofs und des schönen Damenviertels. Die Wohnung hat 2,5 Zimmer. Das geräumige Bad ist mit Dusche, WC und Bidet ausgestattet. Meine Einbauküche (sehr guter Zustand, gekauft Oktober 2018) würde ich gern mitabgeben (inklusive Herd und Spüle und Regale ca. 750€). Der Hausflur ist frisch renoviert worden in diesem Jahr. Ein Stellplatz kann für ca. 20 € im Monat dazu gemietet werden. Für Besichtigungstermine gerne bei mir melden!
Bus und Straßenbahn (Haltestelle Spittelplatz) sind in 5 min zu erreichen. Das Stadtzentrum von Jena in 15 min zu Fuß und der Saalbahnhof ebenfalls. Bäcker, Apotheke, Lidl sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Das Zeiss-Planetarium, der botanische Garten und die Unibibliothek sind ebenfalls fußläufig in 10 min zu erreichen. Yoga- und Fitnessstudios sind ebenfalls im Viertel zu finden.
